Modern AV Upgrade

This project covered two key areas of the building: Roots and Creative Spaces, with a focus on modernizing AV, control, and network infrastructure for more flexible and user-friendly meeting environments.

Roots

Roots is a large event and conference area with 13 meeting rooms, where 11 rooms can be merged in different configurations depending on client needs. Each room was upgraded with a new touch panel for simple control of audio, video, and lighting. In the reception area, we installed a 15” touchscreen for room-merging control, as well as audio and lighting control for the café and surrounding public spaces. We also introduced wireless presentation throughout the area:

• Crestron AirMedia in rooms with projectors
• Built-in Clevertouch functionality in rooms with displays for presentation and online meetings

Additional upgrades in Roots included new screens and 7” touchscreens.

Creative Spaces

On the first floor, in Creative Spaces, we carried out a full upgrade of the video distribution system, control system, and network infrastructure to support modern meeting technology.

The upgrade included:

• Clevertouch EDGE 86” displays replacing old projectors
• Clevertouch EDGE 65” displays
• Updated Crestron touch panel interfaces
• Updated Crestron control programming
• Crestron AirMedia for wireless presentation

We also upgraded an older upstairs conference area with a new video distribution system, control system, and network infrastructure.

Result

The result is a more flexible, modern, and reliable conference environment, designed to support wireless presentation, online meetings, and easy room control throughout the building.
